The dammuso Raya (with swimming pool) takes its name from the Arabic "Reya" which means royal, noble, full of beauty, just as both the exterior and the interior cover the dammuso in a beauty of a slightly ancient taste, a slightly oriental, preserving the colors of the large garden that surrounds the property.

The large outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy a lunch or dinner sheltered from the wind, in a well-kept environment with lots of vegetation, which include a swimming pool, a relaxation area and a terrace overlooking the sea.
The property has two annexes with their own bathrooms as well as the Dammuso itself which houses an antique-style kitchen, 3 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom, giving maximum intimacy and privacy.

Raya is the excellent choice both for a family and for a young and jovial group who love the air of a dammuso with noble and ancient flavors renovated in an elegant and effervescent way.

During the month of August, the Dammuso Raya can only be booked for 7 nights.
Minimum stay for the other months: 5 nights.
Check-in: after 12:00; check-out: before 10:00

THE PRICE INCLUDES: 
• Utility bills for electricity, water, and gas; 
• Linen (bedroom and bathroom); 
• Final cleaning; 
• Welcome in airport and/or port. 

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE (TO BE PAID UPON  ARRIVAL):
• Security deposit: € 500 (it will be returned, only to guarantee the dammuso)

EXTRA SERVICES (ON DEMAND):
• Daily cleaning: 12 €/per hour 
• Change of linen every day: 20 €/per person
